A little backstory to Enzan & Raika Sakura 4 parody video - Why Hiroyuki voice?

So, buenas. I am Calido Kei.
I've been wanting to travel to Spain for a long time now, but it seems that big cities like Madrid and Barcelona are having a hard time because of overtourism and the associated rent hikes.
Among other things, as a Japanese, I understand that there are too many tourists. Even domestic travel is expensive because Japan is still promoting inbound travel. I understand how the local people feel... So I feel not a little hesitant.

I don't know if Yokohama is a minor city or not, but I don't see that many foreigners.

Why Hiroyuki’s Voice?

I wanted to make the whole thing a bit of a farce (laughs).
To be honest, I was a bit bitter about some of the content of the anime, and I was hoping that having Hiroyuki's voice for Raika/Meiru's story would make it more relatable.
Raika/Meiru is a maniacal CP, you know. That's true, but I'd like to have a chance to make it official.
